The location is unbeatable, placing you right in the midst of historic landmarks, quaint cafes, and vibrant culture. The Old Town Square, Charles Bridge, and Prague Castle are all within walking distance, providing a convenient way to explore the city's rich history and architecture. The space: The apartment is tastefully furnished to maximize space and functionality. It features a very well-equipped kitchen, complete with a refrigerator, microwave, induction plate, kettle, etc. You'll find all the essential pots, cutlery, and utensils you need to prepare delicious meals. Additionally, a washing machine and iron are provided to keep your clothes clean and looking sharp. For your entertainment, there’s a smart TV, allowing you to stream your favorite shows and movies. The apartment is also fitted with a heater to keep you warm during the cooler months. Although there is no air conditioning, the ceiling fan works very well to keep the space cool and comfortable. Things to note about cleaning: Our apartments are always thoroughly cleaned after every stay. This cleaning includes the elimination of germs causing many common viruses. Feel free to ask us more about our cleaning procedure. Your safety during your stay is our priority! Please be aware that bed sheets and towels are not included in the rental. However, we do offer high-quality hotel linens (made of Egyptian cotton) for an additional fee of EUR 60. This fee covers the replacement of the linens and towels every two weeks, as well as a complimentary cleaning service. If you opt for this service, there will be a charge of EUR60 for each bi-weekly cleaning throughout your entire stay, which must be paid in advance. If you would like to upgrade to hotel-quality linens and towels, kindly let us know at least 48 hours before your check-in. Also please note that the bi-weekly cleaning cancellations cannot be made once your stay begins. The check-out cleaning is included in your stay (no need to pay extra). Please note the city tax is not included and must be collected before accommodating. The city of Prague requires EUR 2.30 / per person / per night if your stay lasts less than 60 days. If your stay is longer, you do not need to pay the city tax. Please follow our house rules, take good care of our apartment, and respect its neighbors.
