We have a cosy room of 16 sq m, which is situated on the 3rd floor for rent and is located close to the University of Pardubice. Location This sharing apartment has a great location at Na Cihelna - only 2 minutes walking distance from the University. We can find many cafes, restaurants, grocery stores there (such as Lidl, Albert, etc.) The city centre is easily reached by a nice 15min walk or only few minutes by bus (bus stop is located just 2min by walking from the house). As a great tip for a trip - we recommend you to visit Kunětická Hora castle, located just 10 minutes by car. Layout After entering the apartment, we can find the room on the right side and it is oriented to the southeast. In the main hallway there are closets with storage space, a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet. Across the hallway there is a kitchen and three separate rooms. Furnishing This room is offered with basic furnishings. The walls are painted white, and the floor is covered with laminate flooring. The room includes the following equipment: a wardrobe with a mirror, a bed with a mattress, a nightstand, a lamp, a standing lamp, a desk, two chairs, curtain rods, and curtains.
