The apartment is situated in the courtyard, which makes it very quiet and perfect for a good night's sleep! The apartment is 45 square meters featuring two bedrooms. One has a king bed with a TV and the other has a king bed with a sofa. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for stay at home meals. Things to note about cleaning: Our apartments are always thoroughly cleaned after every stay. This cleaning includes the elimination of germs causing many common viruses. Feel free to ask us more about our cleaning procedure. Your safety during your stay is our priority! Please be aware that bed sheets and towels are available but if the reservation exceeds a month, there’ll be a 60 EUR fee, payable monthly. This fee also includes cleaning services. This fee covers the replacement of the linens and towels every month, as well as a complimentary cleaning service. If you opt for this service, there will be a charge of €60 for each monthly cleaning throughout your entire stay, which must be paid in advance. The check-out cleaning is included in your stay (no need to pay extra). Please note the city tax is not included and must be collected before accommodating. The city of Prague requires €2.30 / per person / per night if your stay lasts less than 60 days. If your stay is longer, you do not need to pay the city tax. Please follow our house rules, take good care of our apartment, and respect its neighbors. Breaking our house rules will terminate your rental agreement without any refund.
