The place is unique in that it is in the heart of Královské Vinohrady, a short distance from the center of Prague, but in the countryside. You will fall in love with this place immediately. We would like to share our apartment in which we sometimes live when we are in Prague. It is a luxuriously equipped quiet, cozy apartment that we built for us with great love. The apartment has a beautiful garden with a large terrace in a quiet courtyard, which will be an unforgettable oasis of peace for you and your loved ones. The garden is shared with the neighboring apartment on the floor. The apartment is located in close proximity (a 2-minute walk) to the romantic Riegrovi sady park, where there are many cafes, bars and restaurants, as well as a children's playground. There are two magical bakeries nearby with countless crunchy treats. Many cafes, restaurants and cafes will provide you with countless culinary experiences. Near Jiřího z Poděbrady Square, there are traditional farmers' markets 4 times a week. There is a mini-market with groceries right behind the house, and a Lidl with a wide range of groceries is also nearby. You can walk to the center of Prague on Wenceslas Square in 10 minutes. Byt se nachází v těsné blízkost ( 2 min chůze) u romantického parku Riegrovi sady kde je v okolí mnoho kaváren, barů a restaurací i dětské hřiště. Jsou zde blízko dvě kouzelné pekárny s bezpočtem křupavých dobrot. Mnoho kafe schopů, restaurací a kaváren vám poskytne bezpočet kulinářských zážitků. Nedaleko náměstí Jiřího z Poděbrad jsou tradiční farmářské trhy 4x v týdnu. Hned za domem je minimarket s potravinami, blízko se nachází také Lidl s širokým sortimentem potravin. Do centra Prahy na Václavské náměstí dojdete za 10 min pěšky. Metro Jiřího z Poděbrad a tramvaj je vzdálena do několika minut chůze .
