Our new unique place is a small loft apartment, full of character thanks to its amazing modern architecture and antiques that decorate it. It is located in the center of Prague, in the old and romantic former industrial district of Karlín. On the first floor of an Art Nouveau building with 4-meter high ceilings and a good Czech restaurant on the ground floor (in case you don't feel like cooking), our apartment is built inside a classic Art Nouveau apartment building with an elevator, it is full of light and sunlight, with huge windows facing southwest, towards the 19th century Negrelli railway viaduct. New triple-glazed windows ensure perfect peace and quiet in the apartment. Just a few steps from all the main Prague sights: Old Town Square, Charles Bridge and Lesser Town, Jewish Quarter, Wenceslas Square are within walking distance from the apartment and close to hundreds of historical beer pubs and quality restaurants, shops and trendy clubs: so whenever the party ends, you can walk home! Anyway, for the lazy ones, there are trams and two metro lines that stop just 4 minutes (290 mt) from our door! We have recently finished its long and careful renovation, but the apartment is already very cozy and you will immediately feel at home. If you like modern, minimalist style and the charm of old times and things, you will definitely not find another apartment like this in the whole city!
