Cosy flat in a the fashionable en central neighborhood of Letna, Praque 7. The building, beautiful and clean, is located in a quiet street. Turn the corner right and you will find Stromovka and it's nice green paths, turn left, and you will enter the city vibre with it's restaurants, shops and café. The flat itself is located on an elevated ground floor, so the passerby can't see you. Some places have soul. This flat is one of them. It makes you feel confortable and at home straight away. Every space feel right. Redesign by an achitect few years ago, it offers its full potential. From the brigh high ceiling and large windowed rooms to the entrance, kitchen, bathroom and dressing, large enough not to have any mess around you. Its a renew pleasure for me to see my tenants and guests enjoying the daily life in this seducing little big flat. There is a Tramway Station 3 minutes away where you can take the 25, 12, 26, 2 and 8. The Metro line A is 3 tram stops away going to the castle and the line C, 2 stations away going to the River.
