You'd be staying in a private apartment which was divided years ago in to two smaller apartments. Share the entrance with other visitors. Otherwise, you'll have all your own stuff, and be located in the best spot in the city. From here you could walk to all three metro lines, half the tram lines, loads of restaurants, shops, the palladium shopping mall, astrological clock, and more. The free tour and the boat tours meet just a few minutes away each day. The Beer Garden at Letna Park is just across the river. Direct tram to the castle if you don't feel like walking.
