2 rooms apartment of 177 m² in Capital City of Prague

I am offering fully furnished 3KK apartment for short rent 1 - 3 months in Prague 4, Braník - 3 min walking to tram/bus Přístaviště. The apartment has 140m + 50 m terrace and it is a an attic on the top floor. You can have a BBQ on the terrace as there is charcoal grill available. It has two big bedrooms both with its own full bathroom. The master bedroom has its own walk-in closeth and huge bathtub and shower. The living room is connected together with kitchen and has door to the 50m private terrace. Additionally there is separate utility room with washing machine and dryer and separate WC for guests. There is no elevator in the building. Please no parties and more then 5 people in the apartment. If you need slighltly longer stay then until the end of September - please write me a msg and we will see if we find solution.
