For sports and nature enthusiasts, the nearby forest is perfect for running or walking, and the bike path offers a convenient route into the city. Layout Upon entering the apartment, we find ourselves in the main hallway. On the right side of the hallway, there is a built-in wardrobe with a shoe rack and coat hanger. Directly opposite the main entrance is the bathroom, which features a shower corner and a toilet. The hallway is in an L-shape, and if we continue to the left, there is a built-in storage wardrobe on the left side. On the right, we enter the living room with a 4 sq m balcony, which is furnished with a table and chairs, and the windows face east. Price The rent is 14 000 CZK, with additional charges for energy and other services amounting to 5 200 CZK (electricity, water, heating, internet, common areas), depending on actual consumption.
