This loft room has an area of 45 sqm and it is suitable for 3-4 persons. Upon entering the family house, with the staircase you can reach the 1st floor where on the right there is the main bedroom. The toilet is separate just next to the room and commonn bathroom is located just accross the room. Tenants can use the kitchen in the ground floor together with the owen as well as garden and swimming pool in the summer months. 
Furnishing
This is fully furnished sharing room. In the main room we can find a bed with mattrace, cabinet, armchair, table with chair, sofa, small fridge with microwave owen and some storage space. Bathroom has two sinks with mirror, washing machine and shower corrner available. Kitchen is fully equipped with the induction stove, electric owen, microwave owen, fridge with freezer and dishwasher.

The family house is made of bricks and the water/heating is provided by the gass boiler. 
Price
The rent of this apartment is 6 500 CZK per person including the utilites and internet charges. Commission is 6 500 CZK.
Conditions
This is non smoking apartment and owner prefers tenants without pet. The rental period is from October 2024 until June 2025. Upon agreement it is possible to reserve the room for the upcoming academic year.
