Please be aware that bed sheets and towels are not included in the rental. However, we do offer high-quality hotel linens (made of Egyptian cotton) for an additional fee of EUR 60. This fee covers the replacement of the linens and towels every two weeks, as well as a complimentary cleaning service. If you opt for this service, there will be a charge of EUR 60 for each bi-weekly cleaning throughout your entire stay, which must be paid in advance.
If you would like to upgrade to hotel-quality linens and towels, kindly let us know at least 48 hours before your check-in. Also please note that the bi-weekly cleaning cancellations cannot be made once your stay begins. The check-out cleaning is included in your stay (no need to pay extra).

Please note the city tax is not included and must be collected before accommodating. The city of Prague requires EUR 2.30 / per person / per night if your stay lasts less than 60 days. If your stay is longer, you do not need to pay the city tax.

The apartment spans 66 square meters, featuring a comfortable living room with a kitchenette, a cozy bedroom, and a modern bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for stay-at-home meals, including an electric stove, dishwasher, hot water kettle, toaster, and more. The apartment also includes essential amenities such as a TV, washer, and iron, ensuring a convenient and comfortable stay.

Things to note about cleaning: Our apartments are always thoroughly cleaned after every stay. This cleaning includes the elimination of germs causing many common viruses. Feel free to ask us more about our cleaning procedure. Your safety during your stay is our priority!

Please follow our house rules, take good care of our apartment, and respect its neighbors. Breaking our house rules will terminate your rental agreement without any refund.
