Documents needed to confirm the reservation before arrival: EU resident, Identity card/Passport solely upon arrival, and Liability insurance. NON-EU resident, Passport, Visa/Residence permit, and Liability insurance. The notice period shall be three 3 months and commences on the first day of the calendar month immediately following the month in which the notice of termination was served on the Subtenant.
