The room is fully furnished with two beds, study desks, study chairs, and wardrobes. The monthly rent includes cleaning of the common spaces of the apartment every week. 

The apartment is located in the city center, so all necessities are within walking distance including Cafes, restaurants, groceries, shops etc. The nearest station of public transport is Šilingrovo náměstí and Zelný trh. 

The minimum period of renting the rooms is one year.
