A room is available for rent in a 3.5-room penthouse apartment located in Prague's Vinohrady district. The sunrises and sunsets are stunning. - Convenient Location: Situated in Vinohrady, close to parks, public transport, and local amenities, 25 min walk to the Prague central station. All standard appliances are here. Everything is fully equipped. There is a cleaning lady coming once every two weeks. Wi-Fi and all bills are included. Ideal for someone (or a couple) looking for a quiet, comfortable place to stay in a well-connected area. The apartment is shared with me, Morty. I live here long-term. As I work remotely, I occasionally spend a few months abroad. In these times you have access to the full apartment on your own. I am myself quite sociable and have friends all around, so I have visitors staying here for a few days or a week or two every now and then. The same is open to you.
