Modern apartment with a terrace and air conditioning in the heart of Karlin. With its open space concept, the apartment feels spacious, and airy, but also cozy, and offers a wonderful place to relax. There is a comfortable double bed upstairs and a sofa bed downstairs that offer in total three sleeping places. A fully equipped kitchen adds to the comfort factor - there is a stove, an oven, a fridge, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, etc. The modern bathroom is equipped with a nice-sized shower, a sink, a toilet, and a washing machine. The terrace offers a quiet place where you can enjoy your drinks and meals. The apartment is located in a quiet area called Karlín. This area is famous for its nice position just next to the Vltava River surrounded by parks and a huge portfolio of restaurants, cafés and pubs around. For example, a famous Hotel Hilton with Sky Bar - Cloud 9 overlooking the city is only 5 minutes away. The heart of the Old Town can be reached by multiple options of public transportation or by foot. ----------------------------------------------------- Things to note about cleaning: Our apartments are always thoroughly cleaned after every stay. This cleaning includes the elimination of germs causing many common viruses. Feel free to ask us more about our cleaning procedure. Your safety during your stay is our priority! Please be aware that if your reservation exceeds one month, a cleaning fee of €50 will be charged every month. This fee covers changing hotel-quality linens and towels and has to be paid before check-in.
