This area is famous for its nice position just next to the Vltava River surrounded by parks and a huge portfolio of restaurants, cafés and pubs around. For example, a famous Hotel Hilton with Sky Bar - Cloud 9 overlooking the city is only 5 minutes away. The heart of the Old Town can be reached by multiple options of public transportation or by foot.
