Flat is on the 2nd floor, on the top of the building, and has two separate terraces: One for the living room and for one bedroom. The second bedroom has two skylights you can open for fresh air. There are two beds and a shared area for guests. The loft is free but unfurnished; you can use a spirit futon. The space is limited to a maximum of three guests. The place is tiled throughout, has central heating, gas boiler, and CO detector/alarm. We recently had the chimney redone so the ventilation is new.
