Most of Prague's sights are within walking distance. 3 minutes by walk to a shopping mall and a metro station. Dlouhá street is full of bars and top restaurants. Great for everyone who seeks the atmosphere of historic Prague, but wants to stay in a modern flat. Perfect for couples. The flat is fully equipped (dishwasher, microwave oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, etc.) The building street also boasts great Czech and various international restaurants, cafés, and bars. You will be close to all the historical monuments, and the best shops, but also to shopping malls, metro, and tram stations. The building is located 600 meters from the Old Town Square and the famous Jewish Quarter, 150 meters to the tram stop, and 350 meters to the shopping center with 200 shops. Things to note about cleaning: Our apartments are always thoroughly cleaned after every stay. This cleaning includes the elimination of germs causing many common viruses. Feel free to ask us more about our cleaning procedure. Your safety during your stay is our priority! Please be aware that bed sheets and towels are not included in the rental. However, we do offer high-quality hotel linens (made of Egyptian cotton) for an additional fee of EUR 60. This fee covers the replacement of the linens and towels every two weeks, as well as a complimentary cleaning service. If you opt for this service, there will be a charge of EUR 60 for each bi-weekly cleaning throughout your entire stay, which must be paid in advance. If you would like to upgrade to hotel-quality linens and towels, kindly let us know at least 48 hours before your check-in. Also please note that the bi-weekly cleaning cancellations cannot be made once your stay begins. The check-out cleaning is included in your stay (no need to pay extra). Please note the city tax is not included and must be collected before accommodating. The city of Prague requires EUR 2.30 / per person / per night if your stay lasts less than 60 days. If your stay is longer, you do not need to pay the city tax. Please follow our house rules, take good care of our apartment, and respect its neighbors.
