Notice: Upon arrival at the accommodation, the guest receives a card in some cases, also a key to the room or locker and is obliged to prevent its loss, destruction or damage, as well as its disclosure to third parties who are not direct parties to the accommodation contract. If the card or keys are lost, the guest is obliged to report this loss. For the loss of the card, the guest is obliged to pay a handling fee to TVM of CZK 300.
