This is a perfect location for your stay in Prague! The flat is located near the famous Vltava River in Smichov, one of the best Prague neighborhoods. You will find great Czech restaurants and pubs where you can taste traditional Czech beer and food. There are also many trendy international cafes for coffee and breakfast. You will really feel like a local here! You can enjoy a nice walk down the Vltava riverbank to reach Kampa Park and the Charles Bridge. The apartment is located on the 6th floor of a historical building. There is a brand-new lift for easy access. You will find the traditional Prague style architecture with large doors and historical finishes in the building. The apartment does not have its own parking space but it is possible and easy to park the car in the street (fee may Things to note about cleaning: Our apartments are always thoroughly cleaned after every stay. This cleaning includes the elimination of germs causing many common viruses. Feel free to ask us more about our cleaning procedure. Your safety during your stay is our priority! Please be aware that bed sheets and towels are available but if the reservation exceeds a month, there’ll be a 60 EUR fee, payable monthly. This fee also includes cleaning services. This fee covers the replacement of the linens and towels every month, as well as a complimentary cleaning service. If you opt for this service, there will be a charge of €60 for each monthly cleaning throughout your entire stay, which must be paid in advance. The check-out cleaning is included in your stay (no need to pay extra). Please note the city tax is not included and must be collected before accommodating. The city of Prague requires €2.30 / per person / per night if your stay lasts less than 60 days. If your stay is longer, you do not need to pay the city tax.
