Key Features: Two single beds (or bunk option if preferred) with basic furniture including wardrobes, desk, and chairs. Shared spacious kitchen on the same floor, fully equipped with fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and cookware. Shared bathroom facilities on the floor (shower/WC, typically shared with 4–6 people). Access to common areas like a lounge, backyard terrace, co-working space and laundry. Quiet hours and community rules for a respectful, balanced living environment. Rent: Includes all utilities (electricity, heating, water, sewage, waste disposal, Wi-Fi, laundry), basic furniture, and weekly cleaning of common spaces. For short-term stays of less than 60 days, a tourist tax of 50 CZK per day applies in addition to the booking price.
