The apartment is offered partly equipped. A new floating floor is laid on the floor in the bedroom and in the kitchen, plastic windows are part of the apartment. For keeping the stuff, tenants can use the storage place which belongs to the apartment.

The building is insulated and the windows are new, it is the safe building with the camera's system. Heating is provided by an electric boiler and water heating by a boiler. Parking is possible next to the building for free.
Price
The one monthly rent is 8500 CZK + 2.500 CZK for the utilities (electricity, gas, water, heating). Internet is not included in the payment. Liability insurance by the tenant is strictly required from the owner. Security deposit is 11000 CZK, commission to the agency is one monthly rent 11000CZK.

Smoking is strictly prohibited. The apartment is available immediately, ideal for a couple or an individual.  The owners reserves the right to select the tenant according to the criteria chosen by them, owners prefer a longer lease.
